SCOPE is built for autonomous agents that need more than raw search results. It researches the live web and returns evidence in a predictable machine-readable response.

Agent request Structured research question enters SCOPE.
Live web search Current information is retrieved from the web.
Source evidence Relevant URLs, publishers and facts are retained.
OpenAI synthesis Evidence is analyzed and turned into findings.
Structured JSON Answer, findings, sources and confidence return.

Responses can include a concise summary, individual findings, conflicting evidence, publisher metadata, source URLs, confidence scores, search usage, model usage and cost metadata.
SCOPE exposes OpenAPI, capabilities, health, llms.txt and x402 discovery documents so software agents can understand the service without depending on this human-facing interface.
